These jackets are optimized to print high quality images for your self-made DVDs. The dimensions are the right ones - you do not need to re-size the images. They are slightly bigger when a bleed is added (the bleed is the part on the side of the document that gives the printer that small amount of space to move around paper and design inconsistencies.)
